At Grace we believe Jesus’ ministry is about reaching out to our world in service and invitation.

We encourage and nurture a relationship with Aboriginal peoples, we support Terra, who offers support for pregnant teens, we offer space for 12 – step groups just to name a few.

We provide open hearts and open arms to all who walk through our door at Grace United Church.

Hardisty Care Centre Worship Services

On the second Tuesday of each month, except July & August, one of our ministers and a group of dedicated volunteers conduct a worship service for the residents at Hardisty Care Centre.  Helping hands are always appreciated.  Anyone who is interested in volunteering is invited to contact the church office.

We are connected with various community service groups. The Bissell Centre is a United Church mission in service to the less fortunate members of our city.

Operation Friendship

We provide the ingredients for a stew meal four times a year for those less fortunate through the Operation Friendship Seniors Society. Last year that group provided around 90,000 free meals to their seniors.

Blankets for Canada

Many caring hands spend time knitting 8-inch squares and sewing the squares together in an ongoing, loving program.  More helpers are welcome. For more details click blankets.

Coffee Time

Come and join us for coffee every Tuesday Morning at 10:00. Bring a friend and a smile. You don’t have to be a member of the church, you just have to want a good conversation.
